- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 -
- Pepper powder - ½ -
- green chilli - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and keep for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Shallow fry the chicken.
- Add green chillies and curry leaves.
- Fry till done.
