Ingredients
- Thai Rice Noodles - 1 packet
- Prawns - 150 g
- Chicken(cooked&minced) - 1/2 cup
- Roasted peanut(crushed) - 1 cup
- Carrot(sliced) - 1 cup
- Beans(sliced) - 1 cup
- Egg - 2 nos
- Beans sprout(cooked) - 1 cup
- Lemon grass(sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Tofu - 1/2 cup
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pad Thai sauce - 3 tbsp
- Tamarind sauce - 2 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Strain and keep aside.
- Add the prawns and fry till color changes to pink.
- Add fish sauce and cook prawns.
- Add carrot, lemon grass, beans and beans sprout.
- Sprinkle salt and fry again.
- Add egg and scramble it.
- Add tamarind sauce, pad thai sauce and mix well.
- Add the chicken and mix again.
- In a serving plate, place the noodles. Add the prawns mix and garnish with crushed peanut.
- Simple pad thai is ready.
