- Fry rava in a kadai
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds .When it crackles add bengal gram,curry leaves,cashew nuts.
- Add this mix to fried rava .
- Add curd to this mix .
- Add little water to this .
- Add little water to this and mix properly.
- pour batter in idli stands .
- delicious rave idly is ready to serve.
- And have to steam for 15 minutes.
- Now delicious rava idly is ready to serve.
- Eat with coconut chutney or sambhar.
