- Sole fish - 250 g
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(as required) -

- Clean the fish by peeling off its skin, cut the sides of head and wash it nicely.
- Add chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste and salt as required
- Marinate the fish in masala and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides till golden brown in colour
- Sole fish fry is ready to serve.
