- Soya chunks - 100 gms
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1/2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as required
- Curry leaves - one handfull
- Oil - 4 tbsp

- Marinate the soya in Turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala,corn flour and salt as required.
- Keep it aside for minimum half an hour.
- Now heat a kadai and add coconut oil.To that add marinated soya and one hand full of curry leaves.
- Roast in medium flame till it turns to nice brown in colour. Spicy soya 65 is ready now.
