Instructions
- Chop the veggies and keep aside
- Now beat egg and keep aside
- Now mix all veggies well. rest for 5 minutes
- Mix coriander and salt and pepper
- In small non stick sauce pan add oil
- Now pour mixture cook for 10 minutes in low flame
- Turn the omelette pressure and cook for 5 minutes
- now transfer to plate and allow to cool for 5 minutes and cut in slices
- Now its ready to serve
