Instructions
- Take some of the dough and put it in the plantain leaf and spread it within the leaf by applying some coconut oil / ghee / water on the palm.
- Fold the leaf as shown in the below picture.
- Heat the dosa making stone or frying pan and place the folded plantain leaf containing the dough, on it and cook it in low flame.
- After about 5 to 10 minutes, turn the ada to other side and cook it further and when both side of the ada is cooked well take it out from the stone / pan.
- Take the ada from the leaf and change it into a plate / casserole.
- This ada can be served with morning / evening tea as tiffin.
