Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Ground nut - 1 tsp
- Red chilli - 2
- Salt(to taste) -
- Lemon jiuice - 1 tsp
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,when it splutter add channa dal and urad dal saute for 2 minutes.
- Add ground nut to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add red chili to this add lemon juice and saute for a minute.
- Micro wave 1cup basmati rice with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- Add this cooked rice to kadai add curry leaves turmeric powder , red chilies and mix all well for 2 minutes.
