Spicy shallot chicken is a thick and semi dry gravy done with the paste of onion and spices.
The chicken is marinated with tomato ,green chilli, and other spices for half an hour and then cooked. The shallot paste is added to the chicken and the gravy is made semi dry which best suits for rotis and rice.
