  • 1 small Sprouted green gram
  • 1/2 tin Tinned Mushroom chopped into small pieces
  • 1 no Onion chopped, large
  • 1 stick Cinnamon Karugapatta

For grinding:-


  • Boil 3 cups of water and put the sproutes in it and cook for 5 mins.
  • Drain out the water and keep the sproutes aside.
  • In a kadai, heat some oil and put cinnamon stick.
  • Add onion and salt and saute well.
  • Grind coconut with garlic and chillies without water.
  • Add it into the kadai and saute well for 2 - 3 mins.
  • Add chopped mushroom and cook closed for 10 mins on lower flame.
  • After 10 mins, add sproutes and cook for 5 mins.
  • Finally add coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with chappathis and/or rice.
