Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 1/2 cup
- Peanuts - 2 tsp
- Moong bean sprouts - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Tomato(pureed in a mixer) - 1 nos
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai, add peanuts.Fry till they start to change color.Then take out keep aside.
- Reduce flame add cumin seeds,stir fry till golden brown,add chopped onionsand garlic paste and stir for a minute.
- Add tomato puree this and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the sprouts and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Add salt and pepper powder chilly powder and coriander leaves ,cook till mixture is dry.
- Add cooked rice to this and mix gently for 1-2 minutes.
- Now sprouty peanut tomato rice is ready.
