Instructions
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
- add fenugreek and roasted groundnut and saute it
- add curry leaves and red chili and mix it
- add turmeric powder and mix it
- now add tamarind pulp and mix well
- add two glass of water and allow to cook
- in pan dry fry the coriander seed, cumin seed, fenugreek seed, sesame seed, broken urad dal and fry it
- add red chili and mix it
- grind it and make it fine powder
- now add the masala power and mix it and turn off the flame
- mix with boiled rice.
- now srirangam puliyodhari is ready to serve.
