Ingredients
- Boneless chicken cut in to thin pieces: 200 gms -
- Spring onion finely chopped: 3 - 5 stalk
- Mushrooms: 8 - 10
- Lemon juice: ½ tbsp -
- Garlic finely chopped: 3 - 4 cloves
- Ginger finely chopped: ½ inch -
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp -
- Black pepper corn crushed: 1 tsp -

- In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. In this recipe, not used oil. We can add oyster sauce also with the ingredients.

- To Make packetTake a pieces of silver coil and half fold in one side and place the mixture. Fold the other 3 sides tightly and make a packet. Spread the mixture with hands over the coil.
- Enter Step
- Boil the water keep it in the steamer and close with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
