This steamed chicken is very delicious, and is popular in Southeast Asian countries. It is normally served with chicken rice

  • Boneless chicken cut in to thin pieces: 200 gms
  • 5 stalk Spring onion finely chopped: 3
  • 10 Mushrooms: 8
  • Lemon juice: ½ tbsp
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped: 3
  • Ginger finely chopped: ½ inch
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper corn crushed: 1 tsp


  • Remove the skin of the mushroom, slice and wash in the cold water and keep it aside.
  • Enter Step
  • In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well. In this recipe, not used oil. We can add oyster sauce also with the ingredients.

  • To Make packetTake a pieces of silver coil and half fold in one side and place the mixture. Fold the other 3 sides tightly and make a packet. Spread the mixture with hands over the coil.

  • Boil the water keep it in the steamer and close with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
