This is a tasty dish with brinjal.it is very good for health.It is good curry for chappathi,rice and rotti.

Ingredients
- Brinjals(slit them on four sides without breaking) - 4 nos
- Peanut powder - 1/2 cup
- Onions - 2 nos
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Peanut powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch
- Water - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tbsp

- In a vessel first put peanut powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder and gram masala
- Add 1 spoon of water and mix well
- Stuff this mix into brinjals.
- In a kadai put 1 spoon oil and add onions,tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes add the remaining masala to this
- Add stuffed brinjals to this , add salt and saute for a minute.
- Add 1 cup water and close kadai with lid.cook for 10 minutes.
- Now stuffed brinjal is ready to serve.
