Cut it into two pieces and remove the seeds from the Capsicum and keep it aside.
Take the smashed potato, chopped onion, coriander leaves in a plate and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and cumin seeds.
Mix them well.
Fill this mix in the capsicum pieces and press it well with the thumb.
Fill this mix in the casicum pieces and press it well with the thumb and keep the masala filled capsicum separately.
Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a frying pan and put the masala filled capsicum pieces into the heated oil.
Cover the frying pan and allow to cook the capsicum in low flame for about 10 minutes.
After about ten minutes, turn the capsicum to other side.
Cover the frying pan and cook it further for about another 5 -10 minutes (if necessary apply some more oil in the frying pan).

The stuffed capsicum is ready and can be served with chappathi / parotta / poori or rice.
