Ingredients
- sundakka 1 cup -
- Boiled rice : 1 cup -
- bengal gram 1/2 cup -
- small onion 1/2 cup -
- Garlic 4 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- sugar 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -
- tamarind water 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- boiled the rice
- cut and remove the seed inside the sundakka, clean and wash it for 5 times
- in a pan add water and bengal and cook it
- once the bengal gran get 3/4 cooked, add sundakka which is soaked in tamarind water, salt, sugar, red chili powder and turmeric powder and allow to cook
- now add grated coconut, mix well
- now add boiled rice and mix it
- allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame
- now sundakka rice is ready to serve
