Instructions
- smash the toor dal by beater
- chop the onion, green chili
- add green chili and salt and mix well
- allow to cook in the medium flame for 10 minutes.
- heat the oil in the temper pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, curry leaves and asafoetida
- transfer this tempered oil into the dal
- now tamil nadu style dal fry is ready
