Ingredients
- Tomato(big) - 2 nos
- Onion(cut into small pieces, medium) - 1 no
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
- Refined oil - 2 -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Asafoetida(A pinch) -
- Curry leaves - 4 -

Instructions
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai or a pan.
- Add onion, red chillies and coriander seeds and fry, till the onion starts becoming transparent.
- Add the cut tomatoes and asafoetida to this and fry, till the raw smell of tomato is gone.
- :- It takes around 10 mins.
- Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool.
- Grind this with salt and coriander leaves.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the curry leaves and fry for 10 seconds.
- Add the ground chutney and heat it for a min.
- Keep mixing it well and switch off the gas.
- :- Serve with dosa or idly.
