- Boiled Tapioca 1 cup -
- maida 2 tbsp -
- Corn flour 2 tbsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil to deep fry -
- cumin seed 1/4 tsp -
- green chili 2 no. -
- curry leaves 4 no. -
- Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
- sesame seed to garnish -

Instructions
- Cut the boiled Tapioca into small piece
- In a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and water
- Make a batter
- In a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed
- Add green chili, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix it
- Add fried Tapioca and mix well
- Now Tapioca Fritter masala is ready
