  • sabji masala 1/2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. purchase the old taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ). and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt and water and allow for 2 whistles and peel the skin

  2. chop into the round shape

  3. in bowl add taro root, salt red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, sabji masala, pepper, curd, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water

  4. marinate it for 10 minutes

  5. apply oil in the non stick pan and fry the taro root ( cheppa kizhangu )
