Ingredients: 2 cups All purpose flour; 2 tsp Yeast; 2 tsp Sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 cup Luke warm water; 2 tsp Pizza sauce (it is available in super market); 200 g Mozzarella cheese; 1 small Capsicum (cut it into small pieces); 1 no Onion (chopped); 1 no Tomato (chopped); 1 cup Chicken (half boiled and cut it into small pieces); 10 nos Olive (cut it into round shape); 2 tsp Olive oil

Ingredients

For preparing base:

2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp Yeast
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Luke warm water

For topping:

2 tsp Pizza sauce it is available in super market
200 g Mozzarella cheese
1 small Capsicum cut it into small pieces
1 no Onion chopped
1 no Tomato chopped
1 cup Chicken half boiled and cut it into small pieces
10 nos Olive cut it into round shape
2 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

Mix yeast, sugar, salt & maida with water and make a dough. Cover it with a wet cloth. Keep this aside for 2-3 hour.
Make a pizza base using the dough, a little thicker than chappathi.
put the base in a pan and prick it with a fork.
Spread the pizza sauce first.
Spread little cheese on top. Add onion tomato, capsicum, chicken and olives on top of it.
Finally spread the cheese again on top of all. Drizzle little olive oil.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tasty chicken pizza is ready.
