Crispy toast topped with cheese & mayonnaise
Ingredients
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Cut each bread slice diagonally and generously smear butter on one side of the bread slices.
- Mix together the grated cheese, Mayonnaise, black pepper powder, onion, tabasco sauce & salt.
- Top each bread slice with the mixture (approx. 1 tsp. mixture for each piece of bread).
- Grease a baking tray with little butter/oil. Place the bread slices in the baking tray and bake, till the topping is golden brown and the sides of the bread slices turn crispy(10-15 minutes).
- :- Serve piping hot with evening tea.

The toast is very good! I added some ripe tomatoes and shredded potatoes to the spread and it really got the smoky tomato taste and hash brown potato taste!
