Ingredients
- Fish(boneless, cut into small pieces, King Fish) - ½ kg
- Onion – 1 no (chopped(Cubic shape), big) -
- Capsicum(Green(cut into pieces, Green) -
- Egg white(beaten) - 2 nos
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil/Sunflower Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As required) -
- Celery(cut into pieces) - 1 no
- Green chilly(chopped) - 5 nos
- Ginger(20 gram) (chopped) - 1 big
- garlic(chopped) - 8 cloves
- Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) -
- Chilly sauce - 1½ tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1½ tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1½ tsp
- Maida - 100 gms

Instructions
- Mix together maida, pepper powder,ginger-garlic paste, salt and beaten egg white into a smooth paste.
- :- You can add little water if required.
- 2) Marinate the fish pieces with above made paste for 1 hour.
- 3) Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish pieces to a golden brown color.
- 5) Add chopped capsicum, celery and green chillies. Stir and simmer for 1 minute on low flame.
- 7) Add vinegar and mix gently.
- 8) Allow the gravy to boil.
- :- If you need thickness for gravy, just mix 1 tsp maida in 1/2 glass water and add it in gravy and stir it for 1 minute.
- 9) Add the fried fish pieces to the gravyand simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
- 10) Add chopped coriander leaves and switch of the flame.
- :- Serve hot.
