Thai Chilli Fish tastes awesome and amazing. If you haven’t tasted Thai Chilli Fish, its’ time you did so. The flavors of the saucy dish tempts us. Its’ just a mixture of sauces that makes Thai Chilli Fish unique and special. Very special indeed. I had visited Thai restaurant a couple of times. But I never opted for Thai fish dishes. Finally I ordered for one and that was a big day. That day onwards I am a big fan of Thai based dishes. If you happen to visit Thailand, you can spot beautifully presented fish based dishes in a long tray, very colorful and presentable. Thai Chilli Fish is a hot favorite very popular in hotels and restaurants across Thailand. Seafood is available in plenty here and you can discover a wide range of exotic fish dishes. Fish is economical here and the preparation is distinct with each recipe.

Thai Chilli Fish is famous worldwide and you can easily prepare the dish in the comfort of your home. Thai Fried Chilli Fish with soya sauce and chilly sauce has opened my eyes to a whole new world. Boneless fish is marinated with a egg white mixture and shallow fried to a golden brown color. The frying should be done just before serving, that brings the flavor right. Too much frying hardens the flesh. Look at the ingredients, they are so little. Its just a play of sauces and it should be handy. Cooking a perfect Thai Chilli Fish is just about the perfect taste. The sourness, saltiness, spiciness and sweetness should be blended well. Of course if you want any particular flavor to dominate, you can have it so if you are cooking at home. But restaurants and hotels keep the particular standards. You can discover a well detailed Thai Chilli Fish recipe here.
