- Onion(sliced, small) - 1 no
- Shallots(sliced, Kunjulli) - 8 nos
- Tomato(chopped, big) - 1 no
- Ginger(finely chopped) -
- Dry red chilly(split) - 5 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, small onion, ginger and dry red chillies.
- When it turns brown, add the tomato pieces and curry leaves. Fry it for some time.
- When it cooks well, add enough salt also. Off the flame and keep it aside covered for some time.
- When it cools, grind into a smooth paste without water. Serve with Idly/Dosa.
