Tomato Mint Chutney
The Chutney is made as it is a good appetiser for all .goes well with rice,idly and dosas
Ingredients
- 5 nos tomatoes 4
- mint leaves 1 cup
- onions 1 cup
- red chilli 3 no
- curry lesf few
- coriander leaf few
- ginger garlic paste 1 sp
- tamarind litttle
Instructions
- saute onions,red chillies and tomatoes
- add all the three leaves and saute well with salt
- allow it to cool grind and serve
