Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 3 cups
- Tomato(small & sour) - 3 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cashewnuts - 6 nos
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon(optional, Karugapatta) -
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Cook rice separately and spread it on a large plate to cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of ground cinnamon and fry well.
- To this, add 3 cups of cooked rice and a pinch of garam masala powder.
- Mix well and serve hot.
