Ingredients
- Semolina(Rava) - 2 cups
- Onion(medium) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 -
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(A little) -

Instructions
- Heat the rava till it becomes light brown and keep it aside.
- Heat the ghee and fry the mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, chopped onions, slit chillies, crushed ginger and coriander leaves to it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Cook until it is soft and thick.
- :- Upma is ready.
- :- Serve upma hot with coconut chutney.
