- Maida : 1 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- Water as required -
- For Masala: -
- Carrot : 1 no -
- Potato : 1 no -
- beans 5 no. -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- Onion : 1/2 no -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- add vegetables and mix it
- add red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and garam masala
- cook the vegetables until it get cooked in oil
- from dough take small ball and roll it
- stuff the veg masala
- start folding and forming the pleats one by one
- cook it in steamer for 15 mins
- now veg momos is ready to serve
