Instructions
- peel and grate the potato
- In a bowl add grate the potato, besan flour,red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, carom seed, and coriander leaves and mix well
- now add maida and mix it
- add chopped vegetables and mix it
- Mix like a thick batter
- heat the tawa and apply like dosa and cook both the side applying oil
- now Veg Potato Pancake is ready to serve.
