Instructions
- Mash boiled vegetables. Mix cornflour to it and shape it into round balls.
- Deep fry this and keep it aside.
- In the same oil, fry onions, garlic and green chillies.
- Make a paste of corn flour, soya sauce and salt. Add this to the pan. Mix well.
- Add the vegetable balls.
- Add pepper powder and remove it into a serving bowl.
- :- Serve hot with roti or fried rice.
