Basmati rice

Chopped Carrots, Beans & Broccoli
mixed together
Green peas
As reqd

Baby corns
small
Cinnamon
A few, Karugapatta
Bay leaves
A few, Vazhana/Karuga ela
Salt
As reqd
Butter or Vegetable
oil
As reqd
Instructions
Wash and soak Basmati rice.
Leave the rice to drain. Keep aside the drained
water
.
Evenly chop the carrots, beans and broccoli.
Add the peas and baby corn into it.
Heat
oil
in a large pan. Add the chopped vegetables, with cinnamon and bay leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
Now, add the drained rice and fry for another 3 minutes.
Add the drained
water
and
salt
to taste.
Cover and cook until the rice is done.
:-Serve hot.
