Ingredients
- Basmati rice - 3 cups
- Chopped Carrots, Beans & Broccoli(mixed together) - 2 cups
- Green peas(As reqd) -
- Baby corns(small) - 6 nos
- Cinnamon(A few, Karugapatta) -
- Bay leaves(A few, Vazhana/Karuga ela) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter or Vegetable oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Wash and soak Basmati rice.
- Leave the rice to drain. Keep aside the drained water.
- Evenly chop the carrots, beans and broccoli.
- Add the peas and baby corn into it.
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add the chopped vegetables, with cinnamon and bay leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now, add the drained rice and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Cover and cook until the rice is done.
- :-Serve hot.
