This is simple and easy to do cutlet. This cutlet is best time to use leftover rice. This rice cutlet is good to health by adding more vegetable and frying by little oil. We shallow fry the fritters and make crispy with that little oil. This vegetable rice cutlet is best for tea time snack and use as kids snack box too.

- Leftover rice - 1 cup
- Mixed vegetable - ½ cup
- Red chili powder, garam masala - ½ tsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt : as per taste -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Chop vegetable which available.
- In blender add rice vegetable, rice and blend coarsely
- In bowl add rice mixture and all powders and flour mix well
- Now divide equal and make cutlet shape which you like
- Now heat pan and add oil and shallow fry
- Now the crispy Vegetable rice Cutlet is ready to serve.
