- green chili 2 no. -
- red chili powder 1/4 tsp -
- asafoetida 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -
- Oil to fry -
- For batter: -
- Besan flour : 1 cup -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- red chili pwoder 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -

- par boil the sevai
- in a bowl add chopped onion, green chili, boiled and smashed aloo, red chili powder, salt, asafoetida, garam masala and vermiceli and mix well
- in a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour,red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and water and make a thick batter
- clean chilli and stuff sevai mix
- dip in the batter
- heat the oil and fry the sevai bajji
- now sevai mirchi bajji is ready
