2 cups All purpose flour (Maida)4 cups Coconut Milk (thick)4 nos Beaten Eggs2 tsp Powdered Sugar1/2 tsp Sesame seeds1/2 tsp Cumin seeds1/4 tsp Salt Take a vessel and mix the flour, coconut milk, eggs, sugar & salt. Beat clearly like a dosa batter & then add sesame seeds & cumin seeds.Heat the pan & pour 1 scoop of batter & round it thin.Once it becomes slightly dry, add 1 tsp of sugar & ghee in the middle & spread a bit.When you find the sugar is melting, fold it slowly in a triangle.Like this u can make upto 15 palaada`s Kerala
