- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
- Coconut milk(thick) - 4 cups
- Beaten Eggs - 4 nos
- Powdered sugar - 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Take a vessel and mix the flour, coconut milk, eggs, sugar & salt. Beat clearly like a dosa batter & then add sesame seeds & cumin seeds.
- Heat the pan & pour 1 scoop of batter & round it thin.
- Once it becomes slightly dry, add 1 tsp of sugar & ghee in the middle & spread a bit.
- When you find the sugar is melting, fold it slowly in a triangle.
- Like this u can make upto 15 palaada`s
