Cuttle Fish

Cuttle fish are marine molluscs of the order Sepiida. Cuttlefishes have a unique internal shell which controls buoyancy.  Cuttlefish is nutritious, rich in Omega – 3 fatty acids and essential vitamins such as B2(riboflavin) and D. It is also a great source of minerals such as zinc, iron, iodine, pottasium and magnesium.
