Tapioca Pearls/Sago

 Sago and tapioca are two different plants from which starch is extracted. It is commercially made into small balls like pearls.

Tapioca comes from cassava, root of a vegetable plant,Tapioca is planted in South America, Caribbean and India. Sago is made from the pith of the sago palm and both behave the same.
