- Spinach(cleaned and chopped) - 3 cups
- Potato(cleaned and chopped) - 1 cup
- Tomato(cleaned and chopped) - ½ cup
- Onion(cleaned and chopped) - ½ cup
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut/Refined Oil - 3 tsp

- For preparing aaloo palak fry, first clean, wash and drain the palak bunch. Chop the palak into small pieces.
- When the onion and tomato colour turns into golden, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it further. 4)After 2 minutes, put the chopped spinach and potato into this mix along with some water. Cover the pan with a plate and cook the spinach and potato till done. Thereafter, put off the stove.
- Aaloo palak fry is ready.
