- Achinga payar - 1/2 bunch
- Onion - 2

- Salt - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a vessel put the achinga payar ,green chillies salt and water,bring to boil for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai add onions and saute for 2 minutes.Add red chillies and saute until onion turns slight brown colour.
- Add cooked achinga payar and salt to this and mix well.Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir for 5 minutes until achinga turns slight brown colour.Close the kadai and cook for 2 minutes
- Open the lid and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Now achinga payar mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve
