Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Ajwain(ratio of ajwain changeable depending upon taste, Ayamodagam) - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder(optional) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add together all the ingredients except oil and knead into a dough.
- Make small puris and deep fry it.
- Ajwain puris are ready. Serve hot or cold. Remains for 4 to 5 days. Good for health too.
