- cuminseeds 1 sp -
- red chili powder 2 sp -
- cumin powder 1/2 sp -
- turmeric 1/4 sp -
- garam masala 1/2 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- potatoes 2 -
- peas 100 gms -
- aum chur powder 1/2 -

Instructions
- in pan heat oil and put cumin seeds
- now add red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala.
- add chopped potatoes and cook in low flame until potatoes get cooked.
- now add cooked peas
- add aumchur powder finally
- serve with rotis
