Aloo Spinach Biriyani

Aloo spinach biriyani is a quick and easy recipe . This is a super recipe to quench our biriyani thirst. In this recipe the potatoes are cut to cubes and deep fried. In the same way the onion slices are deep fried separately. These are finally added to the biriyani t give a crispy and crunchy taste . The aroma of this biriyani is so good and the mild masala in it tastes so yummy.

Instructions
  1. fry onions and keep separately

  3. now separately heat oil, ghee and saute the spices along with green chillli and ginger garlic paste
