- Broad beans(Amarakka) - 1/4 kg
- Prawns powder - 1 pack
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Channa dal(soaked, Kadala parippu) - 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Red onion - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing amarakka prawn poriyal, cook amarakka with turmeric powder, salt and water.
- Grind channa dal, cumin seeds, garlic and chilly powder.
- Make a thick batter. Make balls out of it and steam cook it.
- Powder the balls when cooled.
- Remove from flame and serve hot.
