Recipe with grated coconut

Ingredients
- Anchovies(Kozhuva/Netholi) - 1/2 kg
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Gambooge(Kudampuli) - 2 nos

Instructions
- For preparing anchovies/kozhuva stir fry, in a clay pot(manchatti) mix coconut, onion, curry leaves, cumin seeds, chillies and required salt by hand. Mix well and fry in some oil.
- Add fish pieces and saute well.
- Add gambooge and mix. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Keep the clay pot in stove and cook with covered lid.
- Sprinkle little water in between and check when fish is done.
- When done, stir the fish and serve hot.
