Andhra Simple Tomato Chutney Simple to prepare no need of grinder.....very tasty...good with anything 5 nos Tomato (medium)Ginger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp Coriander powder3 tbsp Red chilly powderSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Oil Heat oil in a deep fry pan.Add ginger-garlic paste to it.Add washed whole tomatoes (or cut them into 4 pieces) to it and fry for 2 mins.Keep covered on medium flame for 10 - 15 mins. After tomatoes are half cooked, mash them lightly with spoon.Cover it again with a lid for 5 mins.After tomatoes are finely cooked, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder to it, mix and cover it for 5 mins. Add salt to it and let it be for 2 mins. Switch off the flame.:- Serve with rice, rotis or snacks like idli, dosa etc. Andhra
