- Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 125 gm
- White Butter - 125 gm
- Sugar - 125 gm
- Eggs - 3 nos
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Seive maida with baking powder.
- Beat white butter with sugar, till light and creamy.
- Add a egg and beat it.
- Add another egg and beat well again.
- Divide the seived maida into 3 portions.
- Add the first portion into the egg mixture and mix well.
- :- You can mix in the shape of 8.
- Add the second portion and mix again.
- Add the third portion and beat it at a high speed for 10 seconds.
- Tranfer it to a greased baking tin.
- Bake it at 150 degree for 30 - 40 mins or until done.
