Instructions
- Heat the frying pan/Cheenachatti in medium flame and put the Rice into the pan and stir the rice to roast (after about 3 minutes of putting the rice into the pan and stir it, the rice will start to burst and colour will turn into golden then the stove can put off and allow to cool the roasted rice for some time).
- After 2 – 3 minutes, grind the roasted rice in a mixer and keep this powder in a Bowl.
- Ari Unda (rice rolls) ready and children will like them very much
