  • For preparing baby corn dal curry, cook toovar dal and masoor dal in a cooker with salt, bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon with little water.
  • Cook baby corn separately.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  • Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander and cumin.
  • Add tomatoes and blend well.
  • Add cooked baby corn and dal. Mash the dal with ladle.
  • Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
  • Baby corn dal curry is ready.
