Instructions Cut the baby corns lengthwise into two and keep aside. Grind together the green chillies and ginger into a fine paste. Mix together the maida, cornflour, salt, the masala paste and the chopped coriander and form a smooth pakoda like batter by adding enough water. Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry in hot oil, till crisp and golden. :- Serve hot.
